"If you're looking for really good greasy burgers and crispy fries, this is the place in Heidelberg. The food tasted great, so as long as you’re not expecting a particularly cozy atmosphere or attentive service, it’s a good spot for quality fast food. However, it would have been nice to be able to enjoy a beer with the food."

"We got a cheeseburger “M” menu (burger, fries, drink), Bacon Cheeseburger M menu, and Crispy Chicken L menu (with coleslaw). The beef burger meat was juicy with a nice crispy smashed crust, just shy of being burnt. The flavour was fantastic and the meat juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside. The crispy chicken (buttermilk chicken) was magical. Expertly fried, crispy but not oily at all, with juicy and deeply seasoned meat, wonderful garlic flavour. The main downside was the burger buns are too thick and spongy in texture. It brings the whole sandwich down, and ruins the balance of the burger. Personally, I prefer more lettuce and thinner bread. The too thick bread also overwhelmed the meat, making the meat proportion too small. But there were careful touches that made the place shine. The finely cut pickles in the sauce, and the sauces themselves were delicious. Fries very good. Perfect in execution, slightly small “side” portion. The coleslaw was nice. Mayo-based but not too heavy with a nice lemony kick. It would be nice inside the chicken sandwich. the American influence is strong and well-played. Milkshakes and coleslaws are too rare in burger shops in Germany! Looking forward to trying loaded fries and the rest of the menu. There was air conditioning and roomy seating, very appreciated on the hot day. I wish the restaurant all the best as they go forward! If the buns change, or the ratio of filling to bun changes, I will be back in a heartbeat!"
